My second stay this year... Last time was a great experience. This time, I specifically noted my non-special needs and asked the front desk if I could get a room facing the courtyard like last time. She said no, because they were short on rooms. As a result, I ended up in what was essentially a basement... my first time staying in a hotel basement! Even though it was a basement, I figured I'd make do, but there were stains around the bathroom trash can and dust all over the glass counter... I was really disappointed! When I checked out, the front desk asked if I was satisfied. I said no, and they chased me out to my car. It was terrifying. After I said please stay, my phone was ringing off the hook! I'm like, you couldn't even consider my needs as a person facing the courtyard, and then come back to fix problems later. What's the point? I don't need a bad review to get my room fee waived... so no need to argue. Thank you!
