I never give a bad review, but this time I can't help myself. I'm going to be honest and share my thoughts below. I hope you'll take them with all due respect.
Cleanliness: Honestly, the room cleanliness was excellent, comparable to a 5-star hotel.
Environment: 1. The hotel is difficult to find, tucked away on a small side street. If you miss it, you'll have to walk five kilometers back. 2. It shares space with a mix of large and small plastic surgery clinics and office buildings nearby, creating a mixed bag of people. Privacy and security are extremely low, and there are queues in the elevators.
Facilities: For a 4-star hotel, 1. Dropping off passengers at the lobby entrance should be standard, but there are only 10 parking spaces there, shared with other companies in the building. The gate at the entrance wouldn't open, forcing us to park in the garage. The signage inside the garage is unclear, and the spaces are extremely limited (I had to compete with other office workers for a spot). 2. Wine glasses and a decanter should be readily available. I checked in around 10 PM, a normal time, but they said the decanter was locked and unavailable.
Service: Here comes the kicker!!! I can honestly say that the service at this hotel isn't even as good as some budget hotels. The management system is chaotic, and the service awareness is zero!
1. When I checked in, I carried my bags into the lobby, but the front desk staff pretended not to see me and went off to do other things. The luggage cart nearby was just for show, and they didn't even bother checking me in. They just left me standing at the front desk carrying my bags. (When I went to look for my charger, I saw the same thing happen to other guests.) This seems like a regular occurrence!
2. When I checked out, I left my charger in my room. I contacted the front desk staff to pick it up and leave it at the front desk, but there was no handover. Three days later, when I asked about it, they offered to help me find it. They still hadn't even started looking for it when I arrived at the hotel, half an hour after I called. I then waited at the front desk for almost half an hour before I found it. They didn't even offer to sit down or get water. During that time, I couldn't reach the staff by phone, and other staff members perfunctorily said they couldn't find it. Then, in my rage, they found it. Hilarious! Because parking is so scarce, I blocked someone else's car in the garage to move my car. By the time I left the front desk, the charger had been found. When the front desk couldn't find me, they didn't even call to let me know, and instead waited for me to come back to inquire.
Overall, aside from the cleanliness, this place doesn't deserve a four-star rating in any other respect. It's even worse than the service at a budget hotel! Avoid this place!
