酒店今年新開的，華住會旗下的，品質比較讓人放心。酒店離地鐵非常近，很喜歡裏面那個桌子的設計，能放很多東西，坐着吃東西也方便，淋浴間很大，乾濕分離，然後浴巾那些也是一次性的，服務員態度也很好，沒有在商業區，離觀音橋一站路就到，還是很推薦的。

超推薦重慶海友酒店觀音橋步行街店！位置絕了，就在商圈核心，步行幾分鐘就到觀音橋步行街，逛街購物、吃本地特色美食都超方便，周邊商場和娛樂設施齊全。交通更是沒話説，離地鐵三號線觀音橋站超近，步行5分鐘即達，打車也便利，出行完全不用愁。房間乾淨整潔，還配有自助洗衣房，設施實用。前台服務熱情，整體性價比超高，下次來重慶還選這裏！

這次重慶之行臨時選擇了海友酒店觀音橋步行街店，半夜入住的體驗超出預期。前台小哥的服務態度特別好，全程耐心周到，沒有因為深夜入住有絲毫敷衍。
最貼心的是，他提前主動説明瞭第二天酒店可能存在施工噪音，還特意提供了降噪耳機，特別考慮周全，讓我們有了心理準備也能好好休息。整體來看，酒店服務細緻貼心，性價比不錯，下次來觀音橋還會考慮入住。

設施：這次住的4樓洗衣服太方便了，洗衣房烘乾機就在四樓！房間衞生間淋浴間乾濕分離～獨立洗漱台便於雙人入住～負三停車場也屬於臨近觀音橋少有的空車位多的停車場，雖然是自費但是也不貴20一晚，性價比超高！
衞生：保潔部大姐都是下午來打掃，這樣不影響頭一晚出去聚會玩耍～非常貼心！
環境：出門不遠就是地鐵站，去觀音橋一站路！往紅錦大道左轉餐飲多一些！
服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐服務太給力了，每次都是需要什麼床頭櫃上有個按鈕直撥前台，要水送水，要枕頭送枕頭～噂噠太給力了！

設施：自助型快捷酒店，早餐是早餐包那種，裏面是兩個包子一個千層包，飲料衹有豆漿和牛奶，床墊很舒服，交通非常便捷，出門就是地鐵口
衞生：每天都打掃房間，很棒，打掃房間的阿姨很負責任
環境：環境很安靜，適合睡覺，窗簾也比較遮光
服務：前台很熱情，推薦了本地人愛吃的老火鍋，確實很好吃，還可以代訂船票，比官網便宜

服務：服務體驗十分滿意，前台工作人員態度親切專業，尤其值得一提的是接待小姐姐語氣温柔，給人很舒服的感覺。
設施：酒店開業不久，各項設施嶄新完好，整體維護得很到位。床品軟硬適中，保障了一夜好眠。機器人送餐服務科技感十足，為入住增添了不少趣味。房間面積不大，但是小而美，若空間能更寬敞會更理想。

很滿意，酒店很新，這個價位能住到這樣的酒店真的很nice，交通也方便，距離最近的紅旗河溝地鐵站步行2分鐘以內。而且這是兩條輕軌江滙口，去往重慶遊玩的每個目的地都很方便，吃東西邊上就是觀音橋，晚上邊上也有很多地道夜宵。酒店小哥也非常熱情健談。
