Orange Hotel (Chongqing University Town Xijie)

The front desk staff, Xiao Pan, provided excellent service. The environment was also very good, and I had a very comfortable sleep.

Dandan at the front desk was very efficient and thoughtful. The hotel's location right in the center of Xijie Street is super convenient.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the overall facilities are pretty good. The room size is decent, not small for one person. The only minor inconvenience is that there's no front desk on the first floor; you have to go to the top floor to check in, which means taking two elevator rides.

The hotel is easy to find, and the room faces the park. The check-in service staff at Xiao Tan's place were very helpful and welcoming.

A great hotel! The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-lit, with complete facilities. It's very close to the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and a 3-minute walk to the Luo Zhongli Art Museum. The pillows are latex pillows, which are very comfortable for sleeping, and sleep is very important when traveling. The receptionist, Xiao Tan, provided excellent service. There's a breakfast restaurant, free parking, and it's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

It was my first time in this city, and the service from front desk assistant Dandan was incredibly heartwarming. During check-in, they proactively discussed local cuisine with me and recommended off-the-beaten-path yet stunningly beautiful spots tailored to my preferences, even thoughtfully informing me of the best times to avoid crowds. When I checked out, they even called a taxi for me, confirming the license plate number and destination. This unpretentious yet thoughtful hospitality was even more memorable than the hotel's amenities.
