UrCove by Hyatt Hotel Chongqing Jiefangbei Area Hong Ya Dong

I highly recommend the UrCove by Hyatt hotel. It just opened in October 2025, so it's brand new with excellent facilities. The bedding and sanitization are top-notch, and the room is dry and tidy. The service is also exceptional. On the day I arrived in Chongqing, I was feeling very nauseous and unwell due to motion sickness. When the front desk learned that the twin room I booked wasn't ready, they upgraded us to a family room. My four-day stay was very pleasant. I did a lot of research before my trip because Chongqing is a tourist city, and many hotels have old facilities, dampness, and insects. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. The only minor drawback is that sometimes you have to wait a bit for the elevators, as there are only two. It would be perfect if there were four. I highly, highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are new and spotless. The comfort level during my stay was impeccable. The front desk service was very warm and attentive. The lobby is spacious and well-equipped. Coming back to the hotel felt like coming home. I'm very satisfied!

The room was clean, the location was great, and the service was warm and welcoming. There are lots of local eateries downstairs, and it's very close to the subway station. The breakfast was also excellent.

The location is superb, and the views are beautiful. The hygiene is excellent. They combined two 1.5-meter beds into one unbeatable 3-meter bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast was abundant; even when we went late, there were no empty platters. Plus, they were very friendly to children. Five-star rating all around!
