How to describe it... the airport pick-up service was great, arrived very quickly. Even though the hotel is on the second floor, someone immediately helped with my luggage as soon as I got upstairs, which was a nice touch. I arrived quite late and they upgraded my room for free. However, the window in my room was drafty. I told the front desk, and they said other rooms might be even noisier than mine, so I didn't switch. Later, I really regretted it! I would have rather had no window than stay in that room. I should have just reverted to the original room type, especially since I was only staying one night as a temporary stopover. Because of the drafty window, the room was quite cold, and there was no air conditioning (or maybe I just couldn't find it). I ended up sleeping the whole night with earplugs and an eye mask on.
