Jing Shidun Hotel (Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport T3 Terminal)

The location is very convenient, the front desk staff are welcoming and efficient with check-in, the facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent.

The room itself was great, but they really should consider providing disposable toilet seat covers. Also, for the shower, one small packet of shampoo isn't nearly enough to properly wash your hair.

How to describe it... the airport pick-up service was great, arrived very quickly. Even though the hotel is on the second floor, someone immediately helped with my luggage as soon as I got upstairs, which was a nice touch. I arrived quite late and they upgraded my room for free. However, the window in my room was drafty. I told the front desk, and they said other rooms might be even noisier than mine, so I didn't switch. Later, I really regretted it! I would have rather had no window than stay in that room. I should have just reverted to the original room type, especially since I was only staying one night as a temporary stopover. Because of the drafty window, the room was quite cold, and there was no air conditioning (or maybe I just couldn't find it). I ended up sleeping the whole night with earplugs and an eye mask on.

This hotel is really great! The service was absolutely top-notch. We arrived quite late at night, but a quick call had a car sent to pick us up immediately. The driver was very dedicated, and the front desk staff was wonderful too – so polite and even helped us with our luggage. They proactively upgraded our room! The room itself was decent and definitely worth the price. I'd give it five stars just for the excellent service alone. Highly recommend!

The first room they assigned me (p1) looked nothing like the pictures when I booked it. When I asked, they said they were fully booked. They eventually moved me to a standard room, but the shower light didn't work, and the towels looked like this [picture]. Seriously, whoever gets the last room here is just unlucky.
