C Plaza Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongya Cave)

This is an older star-rated hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the overall experience was still very good. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and we even received a complimentary sweet soup upon arrival. The service was excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Huanghuayuan Metro Station.

The room was spacious and the location was quite convenient. It was easy to hail a taxi, and Huanghuayuan Metro Station was also nearby, making it easy to get to places like the Three Gorges Museum. The hotel provided complimentary sweet soup upon check-in and a bathtub liner, which was a thoughtful touch. Chongqing has a lot to offer and is a city worth visiting; I'll definitely make time to come back and explore it at a leisurely pace.

The facilities are quite new, clean and tidy, and the hotel has a great service意识 (service-oriented approach), with attention to detail. For example, there are small bottles of water in the elevator areas, and wet wipes in the restrooms. Breakfast is definitely a highlight; they even have freshly grilled steak, which really surprised me, and the beef quality was good. The breakfast beef noodles were also excellent. They also provided complimentary fruit and white fungus soup. A very satisfying stay.

This was my first time staying at the Hanwen Hotel, and it was a surprisingly good experience! Both the facilities and the service were excellent. For a tourist, the location is also fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, everything was great and I highly recommend it.

Environment: I booked a city view room, but to my surprise, I got a river view, and the night scenery was stunning. The only drawback was that the soundproofing of the windows wasn't great, so there was some traffic noise at night. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid the river view rooms. Transportation: The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. Service: On the first day of check-in, I received a fruit platter and some white fungus soup. The front desk and restaurant staff were all wonderful. Facilities: The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, definitely good value for money.

Came here for a family trip. The hotel's location is pretty good, convenient for visiting Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. It's quiet despite being in a busy area. The staff are friendly, and the hotel environment is decent.
