The room has an antique feel, and the front desk staff received me patiently and warmly. However, my car was parked in the hotel's internal parking lot. You have a dedicated person on duty, but it was scratched artificially in less than 24 hours. I left it to the hotel. The response was perfunctory. If it weren't for the tight travel schedule, I really would have asked the hotel to explain why. But on this point, I think the hotel is shirking its responsibility.
