Hotel location: Located on the Fairy Mountain, relatively close to the scenic spot, 10 minutes walk to the small train ticket gate Hotel environment: on the whole it is ok, the dining room is on the first floor, and the accommodation is on the second floor. It may be troublesome to have no disposable slippers in the room, but everything else is available. Hotel service: Empress is very hospitable and can solve problems in time.

I hit this one at a glance on the platform, and it was pretty good. Arrive late at night, check in is very fast, change rooms according to the needs of the guests, the service is more humane.

It’s all like this, in fact, it doesn’t solve the problem. People feel like lying on the bed for a while. The clothes are all wet. It can be said that this is the most difficult night I have traveled so many times. The room is dilapidated and humid and the water is not hot. The contents are still gray and it is obvious that I cleaned every day for a long time. At night, the door made a bang for about ten minutes. I've been simmering all night, and I look at my phone in dozens of minutes, hoping that the day will soon dawn. It was a dog called a crow outside again. Wouldn't the conscience of the business making money in such a humid environment hurt? ? ?

The hotel environment is very good and the service attitude is very good.

房間還算乾淨，沒有空調，有電熱毯，提前半個小時打開，半夜還熱的很，裝修一般，但價格不高，算是特別經濟實惠的，比預想的好很多，本人表示很滿意，最主要房東姐姐人很好，雖然一直是電話溝通，但感覺房東姐姐是的很隨和很好溝通的人，以後有機會再來一定選這家，贊贊贊👍👍👍

可能是雨季，整區很少人，店舖老闆根本不知道有人客訂了房間。我們到步的時候，整間旅店完全無人。過了好久，才有人。

酒店的地理位置確實非常好，距離後山大門步行五分鐘就到，但是房間環境非常差。第一，網上訂房，到達目的地後老闆才告知沒有空調，如果要住空調需加100塊錢。第二，空調房暖氣不暖和，開一整天都是吹冷風，第三，熱水器熱水不熱，是温水，給小孩洗澡冷的打抖。第四，房間裏的杯子不乾淨，上一家住户離開後，杯子上殘留的牙膏印都沒清洗乾淨，被子也不換新的

屬實 不太行 環境很差 雖然價格低 離小火車近，但其實住下面遊客中心更方便，同樣的價格 房間要好的多的多。上來也很方便，坐大巴即可，完全沒有必要住上面。

訂之前最起碼給酒店打了5-6個電話一再確認房間是否有空調，是否有熱水，老闆一再表示説普標沒空調豪標有，説熱水24小時都有，温度有50幾度，然後我就訂了豪標，去了之後又告知實情所有的房間都沒有空調，還説整個酒店都沒有普標豪標的區別所有房間都一樣，房間裏也沒有熱水，有種上當受騙的感覺，衞生間裏洗臉盆下水也是漏水的，上面一開水下面就漏水，把鞋也打濕了，一次糟糕的出遊。
