服務非常不好，1月1日，想延時退房，幾乎所有酒店都可以延時退房的，除非他們預訂了下午的客人；他們接電話的客户説，不得行，12點都要退，不退就要加費，唉，我説我們退了房，在外面吃個飯再走，也喊不得行，必須全部都退，外面場地不能用，瞬間無語，不會再去了；房間也是小的很，走路車都要搖晃，所有毛巾都非常臟；總歸一句話，就是服務態度太差，沒有一絲好感，880一晚上，不值得

説實話，環境真不錯，畢竟秀湖公園，但是房車設施是真的舊了，床墊和沙發墊（也可當床）是真的臟，舊油漬跡印到處可見，看到了都睡不下去（因為當時我們去的時候還未鋪上新床單，所以被看見了），清潔做得馬虎，也沒有消毒，按照行業來説，清潔是過不了關的。其實換個沙發床墊也花不了多少錢，估計這種旅遊區酒店也是一鎚子買賣，反正遊客多也是住一次而已。不差你來下次！

設施比較老舊， 室外的廚房操作枱油污多，服務還是蠻不錯的，露營公園有小童樂園小朋友很喜歡，直接沿着湖邊小路可以走進秀湖公園，作為體驗露營還是説得過去。

入住之前期待滿滿，入住之後就是50塊錢小旅館的設施配套，想着也就是塗個新鮮，剛入住2小時朋友上了大號馬桶就堵了，前台兩個小姐姐還算很盡責，來看了説這個馬桶本來就有點問題，今天師傅也不在讓我們去別的地方上廁所，我們也忍了。雖然房車外面有水電，但是我們煮火鍋的菜都是家裡洗好帶來的，第二天退房的時候來了個一副領導氣派的阿姨一進來就指着地上説讓我們掃乾淨，我們當時正在收拾垃圾，雖然聽到她説把地下掃乾淨很無語，但是也什麼都沒説還是掃了。她進了房車看了馬桶，就態度惡劣説馬桶堵了，你們怎麼能在裏面上大號？我當時就一臉懵逼，不在廁所上大號，去哪上？後來前台説阿姨讓我們把房車裡麪也掃乾淨…直接忍不住了？掃乾淨？你房車是免費給我住的嗎？我還得打掃乾淨？一晚上700多？？我打掃了直接下一個入住省去中間環節了？你説我整的太過分也就罷了，就很正常住賓館的操作還讓我自己打掃乾淨？以下是阿姨來時房車的情況。還有房車外的情況。體驗感負值，太影響心情了。

首先呢設施很完善，還能點各種外賣，很方便。其次，下水道返味兒，太掃興了。最後，如果氣温三十度以上，不建議去，鐵皮房車悶，而且很熱，雖然有空調，但是幾乎沒啥用，功率很小，太熱了，個人覺得衹適合春秋季節去玩吧。

晚上10：30居然有客人唱卡拉OK並且音量開到最大，通知前台出面制止前台居然告訴我他們不保證可以解決，最後也是衹能逼我撥打110！垃圾服務垃圾體驗
