the stay here was great, room was clean and location turned out to be extremely convenient. if you don’t mind some walking, it is walkable distance to most attractions like 十八梯 and 山城. 3 stops away from 李子坝 by metro.
we also want to thank 小爱 and 小双 for especially giving us tips on how and where to purchase a luggage, and when we needed to make an exchange for a bigger one - there were some hiccups, which they helped us to solve. they spent their time and sincerity in helping us and we really appreciate it. thank you to them and the manager for making the stay so much better with the excellent service attitude! they also gave us some recommendations of other attractions to visit on our last day, which we would have missed out otherwise. thank you very much!

The location is perfect, the hotel lobby in 15th floor has stunning balcony, we can enjoyed the best view in CQ. The room was good, clean, and neat. My advise is The shower water drainage needs to be repaired so that it doesn't get clogged and the water flows quickly (1011). The staff were so friendly and helpful, special shout out for Xiao Cheng, who always give the best service to the guest during checkin process. Overall, this hotel is really recommended.

Had a wonderful stay ..very attentive staff and nice room..the hotel is located just at the back of honya cave 2 mins walk away..surround by many restaurants. Shout out to Xiao cheng..a polite and very accommodating host..thank you..note the reception is at 15th floor view of honya cave is beautiful 😍😍

Xin Xin is friendly & approachable. The lobby provide free drinks which are convenient for travellers running out of drinking water.

Everything was good except during tailend of winter-early spring, with the weather still a bit cold (10~to 20~), there is no aircond, but only warm air allowed. If you want cold air, open the window which is so noisy and the smell of the restaurant around the building makes it quite unpleasant to some floor (at least floor 10 which I'm staying) and the room have some smell too. Staff was good, from check-in to check out. It is right on the hongyadong, making it travel friendly.

The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the service was outstanding—especially from Xiao Ai and Xiao Cheng, who assisted us during check-in and took great care of our luggage after check-out. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Overall it is very satisfactory except for the lifts is a bit slow and the kitchen staff is very rude and unfriendly...... Dryer machines is not working well and need to take long hours to dry....
