Hyatt Regency Chongqing Hotel

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms. Its location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the shopping district. The room overall was quite large, and the bathroom layout was very comfortable and well-designed.

The Hyatt Regency Guanyinqiao is quite appealing. The location is convenient, just a stone's throw from the Guanyinqiao business district, yet slightly removed, so no traffic jams when taking a taxi. What's especially commendable is that the pool changing rooms are equipped with hot massage jacuzzis and saunas, which is a huge bonus and significantly boosted my mood during a winter trip. A front-of-house staff member at the Chinese restaurant was exceptionally good, providing thoughtful service. They even offered birthday wishes when they heard a guest was celebrating, which left a strong impression. However, the front desk staff seemed a bit dull.

My kids wanted to visit Guanyinqiao, so I picked the Hyatt, and it turned out to be in a fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk to the snack street, which had so many delicious food options. The weather in Chongqing right now is perfect, not too hot and not too cold, just like spring – so comfortable. I'll definitely be back during winter breaks and will stay at the Hyatt again. Their breakfast is excellent, and it's free for kids under 12, which is really family-friendly (hope this helps other families traveling with kids!). A special shout-out to Xiao Jiang from the Guest Services Center; she was incredibly understanding and always went above and beyond to help! Thumbs up! Moms, if you're bringing your kids to Guanyinqiao, I highly recommend the Hyatt.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at the Grand Hyatt Gifu was absolutely fantastic! The room was not only clean and comfortable, but I could also enjoy the sun by the window, making my morning coffee incredibly pleasant. I especially loved their complimentary tasting event – the variety of flavors was impressive and it was such a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, recommending some great spots nearby. Both the transportation and surrounding amenities were incredibly convenient. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I will definitely be back for another stay!

The room was quite spacious and quiet. However, the elevator wait time was a bit long. The 150 RMB breakfast didn't really live up to its price. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street, which is a nice place to stroll around in your free time.
