We generally had a pleasant stay at the hotel. On the first night, we encountered an issue with our bed, but the hotel staff resolved it quickly despite it being late. Impressively, they moved us to a different room the next day, even with the hotel being fully booked, and compensated us with a gift. This demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction.
However, there was a disappointing incident involving a staff member at the afternoon tea. This male staff member, who wears glasses and was on duty clearing plates on December 30th, behaved rudely. When I asked him to clear our table, he responded with a nasty stare and subtly scolded me. This type of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I hope the hotel addresses this issue.
Despite this incident, I would stay at this hotel again. The service overall was impressive, and it's clear that they strive to provide the best experience for their guests. It’s just this one incident that needs attention.
