Hotel Staff is very helpful in assisting to get Car service, and even help us to make booking with her local phone no. as we don't have local phone no. Friendly and very patience in provide guidance to tourist. Will book again this hotel if go to Chongqing in future.

酒店位置很好，住了4晚，體驗感還是非常不錯的，酒店還給我們做了一個免費的升級，樓下便利店都有，好吃的美食就在樓下很方便，交通也很便利，出門就可以坐車，洗護用品更換也很及時，服務到位，是一次不錯的入住體驗。

酒店位置非常的方便就在繁華的解放碑邊上，吃喝玩樂下樓就是，入住酒店服務員主動諮詢是否需要耳套，主動提供安靜睡眠服務，衹要有問題，服務員都迅速給予回覆了，我們住了4個晚上，離店以後酒店服務員特意給我們電話諮詢入住體驗感受，可以説酒店特別在意入住客人的感受，還特別給我們從重慶順豐快遞了特產，你們的暖心服務特別贊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

本來訂的是舒適陽光雙床房，我們19點30分到酒店拿房。店家免費給我升級了豪華雙床（房間很大，環境舒適！衞生可以！）很滿意👍。親戚也訂了舒適陽光雙床（房間很小，設備比較簡陋）房，但是他們晚了點來就升級不到豪華了。
