The young boy on the reception was really stupid and helpless, scared of everything and couldn't deal with the guest or solve any problem. Atour is a luxury hotel, high class, why can't you hire the clever adult man with experience? That boy should be selling milk tea, not working at Atour. The girl with the short hair on the reception was really smart and clever, she knows how to deal with the clients. My room was 100 out of 10, especially the bed, and everything was amazing. No smell.

It's a great location if you don’t want to stay in the overcrowded area of Chongqing. The bonus is an amazing view of the skyline on the other side of the Yangtze River. Attentive and Service-minded staff with limited English vocabulary but with the will to provide good service. Nice variated breakfast buffet.

Worth it for the price pay. overall great stay with good selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in chongqing
