This place has complete and practical facilities, it's clean, odor-free, quiet, and comfortable. The staff provides warm service 🌿. The basic amenities are sufficient and functional, hygiene is excellent with no strange smells, the environment is peaceful and cozy, and the service is also enthusiastic and thoughtful.

The room was clean and tidy, and very convenient. The cleaning auntie did a very thorough and meticulous job. The mattress and pillows in the room were perfectly soft and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. On the 33rd floor, there's late-night service, and the small noodles and porridge were very satisfying. Special shoutout to staff member 100520, who was absolutely wonderful! The overall service was even better.

The hygiene conditions were concerning, and the facilities were old. As soon as I entered the room, there was hair in the shower drain of the toilet, and also hair and part of a plastic disposable bag left by the previous guest on the floor. The floor felt sticky when walked on, and the desk had dust. When I wiped the chair, the color even came off. The windows were sealed shut and couldn't be opened. I requested a non-smoking room, but there was still a smell of smoke upon entering. The washbasin also looked very dirty. The only positive was its location, which was good; it's right by the subway station with plenty of food and drink options nearby.

Everything was satisfactory, especially the service, which deserves special praise. All the hotel staff were very welcoming. The auntie at the supper lounge on the 33rd floor was particularly attentive. We had two small children who couldn't handle spicy food from outside, so when they got hungry, we'd go to the 33rd floor for congee. Both days, the staff there were very warm and friendly. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The service was excellent; we got a room upgrade, afternoon tea, and warm congee in the evening. They even gave us tea as a farewell gift. The only downside is that the gym needs an upgrade, as many of the machines are old.

It was scorching hot, and the air conditioning barely worked! The facilities are outdated, and there's no view. This was an absolutely terrible stay! The bedside outlet also had a plug stuck in it.

Lobby: Grand and luxurious, as expected of a five-star hotel from its era. Room: Clean, very clean, especially the linens and towels, which were perfectly fine. However, I must say, the decor is genuinely outdated. It was difficult to find power outlets in the room. While there was a patched-up extension with USB ports on one side, how was I supposed to charge devices on the other? Similarly, light switches were only available on one side, meaning I had to stumble in the dark if I needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The windows couldn't be opened for fresh air, and the room wasn't soundproof, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Restaurant: Okay. Service: Okay. Overall: The hardware is old, and the room rate is too high.
