The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. Direct on the cave with near to the spots. 3 metro lines in less than 10 min walking distance, restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself - soso… check-in and out complicated

First room was a standard room - no way, we paid extra money to upgrade….

I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. The location is great and I had an amazing river view. Just wished the western breakfast had more options. The receptionist didn't speak English, but she conveyed the important informations using a online translation app.

The location is very good, close to most things.

Hotel is clean and the location is great. It is just opposite the Xuan Ya Dong. I got the Seaview room..its facing the river and the scenery at night is beautiful.

Good location. Less than efficient counter staff- did not inform us which lift to use to go up to our room, did not inform us which floor for morning breakfast.

A convenient location. You can walk to the tourist areas in 10 minutes walk, got the night shots from the ancient city easily. Many varieties of food just down the street.

I’m a foreigner. Impossible to find someone who could speak English. The room is really average, the refrigerator didn’t work… the television was impossible to select any channel. If you’re a foreigner, it’s better to go to another hotel
