Overall, The hotel's location is super convenient, and the price is acceptable though I would strongly encourage the hotel to enforce a no-smoking policy in all public areas. Note that it is sometimes listed as both "Wan Ao Hotel" and "Wow Hotel"—they are the same property.
The main lobby is on the 4th floor, accessible only by elevator. Unfortunately, the stairs leading to this elevator are very steep, which is difficult with luggage and not very suitable for wheelchair users. I hope this can be improved in the future.
We initially received a room that smelled strongly of smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room. We had to request a change. Unfortunately, smoke still crept in through the ventilation (sometimes). The hotel is also less generous than others with complimentary bottled water in the room, though they do offer free infused water and coffee in the lobby. On a positive note, the slippers provided are nice and thick. There are four different buttons for different lighting.
Staff communicated using a translation app, which worked adequately. A significant issue was that guests were permitted to smoke in the lobby and dining area. Staff did not intervene until I personally addressed the receptionist, who had been observing the situation. There is no food delivery robot.
Fortunately, they offer a free washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent, though the laundry room itself also had a lingering smell of smoke. Breakfast includes vegetarian options.
