每次出差基本都是他家，就在江邊，打車方便，上坡就是解放碑商圈了，晚上跑步也非常方便，這是鎖壞了，工作人員也是積極的給解決了

設備設施老舊，電視機畫面不台清晰，房間佈局不合理，前台服務人員服務冷漠。
面盆洗臉盆下水故障，前一晚洗臉用水第二天早上還沒有排完，影響第二天正常使用。整體入住體驗差。

The hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.

Good Location, walking distance to shopping belt, and foods street, hotel staffs are helpful. Room are spacious and with comfy beds, Kitchen has all the amenities, we definitely stay here again.

Fantastic amenities and value. Every apartment has everything you need to set up a home away from home (including laundry machine!). The gym is large and features plenty of equipment. You can also order food via the delivery robot vending machine or local food delivery services. We walked everywhere so the nearest train station was up many stairs. It's not easy to get to the hotel by foot from the city, but if you always use a taxi it is no problem. This is our place of choice to stay in Chongqing.

The rooms are exactly the same as mentioned on trip.com. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful.

Very comfortable and modern apartment with good views and easy access to the city. Taxi is cheap to get to city. Good service.
