Tian Xing Hotel

The environment is clean and hygienic. The front desk staff, especially one lady, provided excellent service and quickly resolved a minor issue we had. The room with a private hot spring was a fantastic experience, perfect for families with children. I've already recommended it to my friends!

This hotel is perfectly situated in Tianxing Town, very close to Tianxing Hot Springs. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are excellent. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The two ladies at the front desk were wonderful; they explained in detail the different scenic routes for ascending Mount Jinfo from both the North and South slopes, and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The service is personalized and highly professional.

The room was quite small with insufficient space for belongings. I'd suggest adding a shelf under the TV, as currently, items had to be placed on the floor or in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. Breakfast, on the other hand, was decent. The dining environment was pleasant, with a good variety of options, and the 'xiaomian' (noodles) were particularly tasty!

Staying at the Chongqing Tianxing Two Rivers Holiday Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and service. It was a 5-star experience, very satisfying and highly recommended!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which made access a bit inconvenient. Right outside, there's a small stream where children can play in the water and catch crabs, which they absolutely loved. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of options. For lunch and dinner, we dined at Tianxing Town, right opposite the hotel. Most restaurants there served similar fare. However, I'd strongly advise against a place called 'Nongjia Cai' (Farmer's Dishes). Their ventilation was terrible, making it very smoky and unpleasant to eat. On top of that, they charged a 4 RMB seating fee even for our 3-year-old, a charge that none of the other restaurants in the area imposed.
