The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. It's conveniently located near Jiefangbei, Eighteen Stairs, and Bayi Plaza, making it easy to enjoy all the delicious food, fun activities, and great shopping. It was perfect for a short trip, and my child loved it. The staff even gave us a snack gift box, which was a wonderful touch! The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the Chongqing noodles were delicious!

We love Atour Hotel. Their staff are very friendly and rooms are clean. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived after 2pm, and they were very apologetic and upgraded us to a bigger room. This location is best for tourists, next to 18 stairs, Jiefangbei and trains. Walking distance to cableway and 山成步道 and many more

Choosing Atour Hotel was the smartest decision we made when visiting Chongqing. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's within walking distance of famous spots like Jiefangbei, Kuixinglou, Bayi Food Street, the Shibatipo Escalator to Cailu Road, and Baixiang Street. Getting to Hongyadong, Chaotianmen, Liziba, and the Three Gorges Museum by metro was also incredibly convenient. What we loved most, though, was the hotel's breakfast and their late-night congee service. The beef pea noodles and cold pot skewers at breakfast gave us a true taste of authentic Chongqing flavors, and the nightly congee was a welcome relief for our stomachs, especially as we were traveling with elderly family members and children from out of town.

This was my first time in Chongqing, and after comparing many hotels, I finally settled on Atour. I definitely wasn't disappointed. The environment, cleanliness, and staff service were all excellent. The staff were very polite and enthusiastic, meticulously answering all my questions. The breakfast and evening congee were also great. I stayed for three days and felt incredibly comfortable. The room had good soundproofing; I wasn't disturbed by any noise. There were even earplugs provided in the room with a thoughtful little note, showing great attention to detail. There's a helpful auntie who does laundry, and after drying, she puts it in a bag for you to pick up – so convenient! This Atour is very close to Jiefangbei, right next to Shibatier, and also very near the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere!
