Overall, everything was great. The surroundings were pleasant, and the rooms were decent. It would be even better if they offered self-service laundry facilities. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Chongqing.

My trip to Chongqing was truly made special by this hidden gem of a hotel. It's conveniently located right next to the Chongqing Municipal Government, with both the museum and the Great Hall just a stone's throw away. This hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, offering a serene and elegant ambiance with a distinctive style and beautiful surroundings. We truly felt at home, and the dining options were excellent and diverse. Highly, highly recommended!

An unforgettable trip to Chongqing! We were so lucky to book the Oriental Garden Hotel through a special promotion on Ctrip – the price was fantastic! What made it even better was the lovely lady at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and accommodating towards us seniors, even upgrading us to a premium room. Thank you for your wonderful kindness! The moment we checked into our room, my first impression was of a well-managed hotel with excellent service. The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. Although the hotel shows its age a bit, its location is superb. It’s just a few minutes' walk from the Chongqing People's Grand Hall and the Three Gorges Museum. Plus, downstairs and all around are countless Chongqing specialty snacks and delicious local eateries, all at very reasonable prices. This trip was incredibly enjoyable and has become a beautiful memory! Many thanks to all the platforms involved.

We stayed for several days with our children. The transportation was very convenient, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was super easy to explore all sorts of Chongqing's famous delicacies from this location. Plus, they even gave us complimentary tickets to the Great Hall of the People.

Excellent front desk service (we even received a complimentary room upgrade). The hotel is conveniently located near the children's hospital, about a 10-minute walk away, and offers free parking. My only minor complaint was with the air conditioning in the room. It didn't run continuously; instead, it would turn off once the set temperature (e.g., 26°C) was reached and only switch back on after the room warmed up again, making it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. Despite this, my overall experience was quite positive (I've stayed here three times in total).
