Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Modern minimalist, clean. Service: Attentive and efficient. Mattress and pillows: Comfortable.

Absolutely delighted with my stay! The room was spotless and odor-free, with great natural light and good soundproofing. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel so welcome. The value for money was exceptional, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable experience.

The service was very thoughtful, and the room was spacious and clean. They even offered complimentary congee. The staff were all very friendly. It's super close to the subway station, literally a one-minute walk, and there are lots of great food options nearby.

The service was excellent, and they were very accommodating. Even when there were no rooms available for us to extend our stay, they went out of their way to secure one for us. I'd suggest booking several nights at once for better value. The room itself was also great, and the facilities were well-equipped.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, with plenty of options for breakfast and late-night snacks nearby. A supermarket, snack shop, and pharmacy are all right next door. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even offer a complimentary airport drop-off service – a huge plus!

Oh my goodness, this Atour hotel! For just 300 yuan a night, it even includes a dedicated car service to and from the airport. (Although the driver was a bit cheeky, they were incredibly efficient, and I really hope people show more respect to these drivers.) The quality of the rooms and service at Atour right now truly surprised me. I can't believe you can stay in such a fantastic hotel for around 300 yuan. The room details are spot-on and upscale, and the service is definitely top-tier in the industry. The breakfast was so abundant... I'm genuinely at a loss for words. After traveling in Tibet for ten days, coming back to this Atour was such an amazing surprise, you have no idea. Having stayed in hotels where the pillows reeked and were yellowed, and the room garbage wasn't even swept, or places that charge for every extra bottle of water, I sincerely hope those kinds of hotels are all crushed and put out of business by exceptional chains like Atour. Oh, and I chose a guesthouse in Lhasa for 600 yuan, and it was a complete scam – I walked in and just despaired. I never want to stay in a guesthouse again. So, coming back to this Atour, I was truly, truly relieved and incredibly satisfied.
