Atour Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei, Raffles Plaza, Riverview)

I booked this hotel for my parents so they could enjoy the river view, and the service was absolutely amazing. My parents couldn't stop raving about it! The attention to detail in their service was evident in many small ways. For example, when they were trying to hail a taxi downstairs but the GPS wasn't accurate, one of the staff members downstairs kindly helped them with the location. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist my parents with their requests, even recommending a nearby hotpot restaurant that was both close and delicious. Today, when they checked out, since my parents go to bed early and didn't get to experience the cocktails or late-night congee, the hotel thoughtfully prepared small tea bags for them to drink on their journey. It was truly so considerate and heartwarming! I've already recommended this hotel to friends who plan to visit Chongqing! Great location, right by the subway exit. The room was clean, as expected from Atour. Breakfast and the bar were excellent, exceeding my expectations. Overall, a really good experience.
