Kyriad Marvelous Hotel （Chongqing North Railway Station）

The hotel is relatively close to the North Station. There is a residential area next to it and there are many places to eat. The room this time was not too big, but it was clean and tidy. The facilities were newer. The staff's service attitude was very good. The breakfast was rich, but there was no coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it is at a relatively good level compared to Kyriad where I have stayed before.

The experience is not very good, as follows: 1. Initially, the front desk arranged a room, but I was not very satisfied with the location. After changing to another room, the front desk asked me if I had moved the room, and my answer was no. I understand that the hotel needs to be inspected again out of a responsible attitude. But can you please stop loudly calling other staff to check in front of customers? And before I walked to the corresponding floor and entered the house, I heard the cleaning staff loudly saying that such and such a room had not been touched. If you no longer trust the customer, please don't ask if the customer has moved the room. Even if you want to confirm, please don't let the customer know. 2. The TV picture is not clear and is full of vertical *****es. 3. When I was taking a shower at night, I found a bracelet-like object in the shower room. I don’t know who it belongs to. 4. The sound insulation effect of the windows in the room is relatively poor. There is not much difference in the sound from outside when closing the window and opening the window. I measured it with the sleep software and found that the noise was about 42 decibels with the windows closed and about 47 decibels with the windows open. Very disruptive to sleep. 5. The bottle of shower gel says geranium. I searched it on Baidu and found that geranium smells like roses and mint, but what I smell is milk. I don’t know what brand of shower gel, shampoo, etc. I used. It feels like you buy a big can and put it in a bottle yourself. Here’s what I think is okay: 1. Although the breakfast is small, it is very healthy and very suitable for fitness people. No others were found. Fortunately, I only booked it for one day before, so I quickly changed to Vienna the next day. It is also owned by Jinjiang. The service and other aspects of Vienna here are much better than Kyriad.

The most considerate thing is that they prepared packed breakfast for us on the morning of departure. Everything else is naturally good! Walking down from the hotel is a particularly smoky community. The road names are all romantic, such as Shancha Road, Mutao Road, Wutong Road, and Lilac Road. There are street stalls, small shops, vegetable vendors, and small restaurants. This place is like a small microcosm of Chongqing, surrounded by modern and high-rise buildings, and at the bottom of the slope are old and traditional residential areas. It feels a bit like Hong Kong and Hollywood! Every time I come back here to eat on the street and feel the fireworks of the people in the mountain city, it feels like going home. I took a photo of the intersection as a souvenir.

It is recommended to add a small refrigerator in the room to store food during a long stay. It is recommended that the elevator needs to swipe a card to reach the designated floor. There are too many outsiders in the hotel and it is not safe.

The room is clean and the front desk has been upgraded and is very big. The layout is reasonable. The front desk service attitude is good and the price is right. Great value for money. There is also hanging ear coffee.
