SEYA Panoramic Hotel - Chongqing Raffles Plaza Jiefangbei（Managed by SEYA GROUP）

I had a particularly satisfying stay this time. The room was spacious and spotless. The butler, Niangao, was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in arranging all our needs, from laundry to luggage storage, everything was handled perfectly. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here.

This hotel is great overall. My butler, Xiami, was very attentive. She helped us with laundry and printing documents during our stay. We had a wonderful experience.

The hotel is located on the 43rd floor, and food deliveries are brought by robots directly to your room. Our butler, Bing Bing, provided very thoughtful and responsive service, making for a great stay. The rooms all have good views, are well-appointed and clean. Butler Bing Bing was very responsive to requests and accommodating. Will definitely return again.

If it's your first time in Chongqing, you *have* to book this hotel! And definitely choose a river-view room! If you've got a river-view room, there's absolutely no need to bother with a Two Rivers night cruise!!! It's incredible value! The kids were happily splashing in the tub, eating snacks and playing games, while the adults sat on the sofa, enjoying the night view and sipping coffee – it was just so relaxing! The service was perfect! Beyond the rooms, the hotel's indoor areas from the 30th to 43rd floors are all fantastic spots for photos, so make sure to explore them when you have a moment.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Raffles City. The room design is sleek and luxurious, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views. I especially loved the oversized bathtub by the window – soaking while enjoying the night view is exactly what a vacation should be like! The butler service made us feel right at home; it was the biggest surprise of our trip! From helping with luggage upon arrival to a detailed introduction of the facilities, our 24-hour butler, Niangao (New Year Cake), was always available. Thoughtful details like complimentary laundry and food delivery service were incredibly considerate, making us feel like we were with a warm friend. The Chaotianmen subway station is right downstairs, with Line 1 providing easy access to the entire city. Raffles City Mall is directly opposite, perfect for endless shopping and dining. This was a perfect stay; from the views and service to the facilities, everything was impeccable. It's definitely the best high-rise hotel in Chongqing! I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chongqing! ❤️
