SEYA Panoramic Hotel - Chongqing Raffles Plaza Jiefangbei（Managed by SEYA GROUP）

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Chongqing! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered amazing city night views. A big thank you to our butler, Niangao, who proactively helped with all our travel questions and was very responsive. The service was excellent, and overall, we were very satisfied with everything.

My stay at Chongqing Shiye Hotel (Raffles City Jiefangbei branch) was absolutely fantastic, I just have to give it a five-star review! The hotel's service was truly exceptional. A big shout-out to the concierges — Xiami, Hongshu, Yueyue, and Niangao — they were all incredibly efficient and friendly. Any request I had was met almost immediately, making me feel very cared for and at ease. The room itself was also spotless and tidy, with a really high-quality design. The biggest surprise was the large bathtub in the bathroom; soaking in it while enjoying the amazing view outside the window was easily the most relaxing part of my trip! Overall, from the facilities to the service details, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful place to stay in Chongqing! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chongqing.

Fantastic hotel! The 180-meter loft pool is amazing, and you can enjoy the night view of Qianximen Bridge, cruise ships, and Hongyadong right from your room. Raffles City is just downstairs, perfect for a stroll along the riverfront to enjoy the breeze and night scenery.

The views and location are both good, but! If you're visiting Chongqing and unfamiliar with the area, you absolutely, absolutely MUST remember to call the front desk beforehand to get directions! My friend and I climbed up and down for ages, the navigation was inaccurate, and passersby couldn't help. We only found the way when the front desk staff came down to guide us, as the hotel is inside a building. The hotel's color scheme is a bit cool-toned, and I personally prefer warmer yellows, so I won't comment on that aspect. The pool was fun, but the floor was incredibly slippery after playing in the water; I nearly slipped many times. I'm not sure if it was because it rained those few days, but the room was a bit damp. The laundry service is highly recommended; clothes came back smelling great and were done quickly. We sent them off in the evening, and they were washed, dried, and delivered to our door by early morning. The front desk staff's service attitude was also excellent; they even gave us local specialty 'Mahua' (fried dough twists) when we left.
