Regarding the issues you raised, we take them very seriously: Firstly, regarding directions and navigation, due to the hotel's location in the heart of Chongqing's city center and the unique three-dimensional effect of Chongqing's mountainous terrain, map navigation may occasionally experience positioning errors within the complex high-rise building. Regarding the difficulty in finding our way, we immediately revised and upgraded all route guidance in the surrounding area after receiving your valuable feedback. We have also prominently displayed and updated the navigation guides in the booking information on major platforms. We recommend that all guests arriving first or unfamiliar with the area call the front desk in advance for directions. We will arrange a dedicated guide to provide one-on-one navigation service to ensure every guest can easily find their way and avoid potential hazards. Secondly, regarding the bathtub and dampness issues you mentioned, due to recent heavy rainfall in Chongqing, the humidity has increased. After receiving your feedback, we immediately arranged for the engineering department to perform deep cleaning of the toilets in the swimming pool area and increased the frequency of floor inspections by cleaning staff.
