We are very satisfied with our rooms as the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast provided is also good. The hotel is very convenient and right at the walking street.

Great location and friendly helpful receptionists (including service staff #2). Breakfast provided at the hotel is delicious and wholesome and offers good choices (we stayed for 3 nights). Room may be a little tired but the common facilities are well maintained. There is a very nice and zen teahouse inside the hotel where you get complimentary tea/coffee. There are also washer and dryer although we didn’t use.

Got a free room upgrade to higher floor and extra sofa bed upon check in. First night our room got some water leakage and hotel staff immediately came over to check, and gave us an option to change room. The noodle shop (breakfast) tasted good with variety of choices. The staff gave us a free coffee voucher too, which is not supposed to be in our room package. Upon checkout, we got a free gift + additional compensatory gift for the inconvenience caused. Their services are good and polite, overall I will give them 10/10.

This hotel was in a very prime location. Very close to Hong Ya Dong. Just minutes walk to Dai Jia Xiang, which is where a lot of the hidden hotpot, tea house and local restaurants. The best point of this hotel is their roof top unblocked city view. The city view very their roof top is terrifically amazing!!!
As a shopaholic, we bought a lot of Taobao parcel and the hotel ready a counter behind to collect all the parcels and the staff will find them out for us. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Also, one meal for free per day and valid till 8pm. So if u missed your breakfast, you still can have it anytime till 8pm!

Wonderful stay with a perfect location, with a lot of restaurants around and walking distances to Hongya cave and jiefangbei.
The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficientfrom the reception to housekeeping service is excellent . Especially staff no 3 very helpful and friendly.
Hotel breakfast is noodles only not much choices.
Will book this hotel again if we are coming back for holiday.
