Xiaozeng upgraded us to a river view room for free, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😌 The room was spacious and the bed was so soft. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Saw this hotel while on a business trip with a friend and decided to give it a try – absolutely worth recommending! The room was clean and hygienic, and it was quiet at night, with good soundproofing. The best part was the front desk lady, who was not only beautiful but also provided excellent service. The room windows didn't have screens, and it was mosquito season during my stay. If I closed them, it was stuffy; if I opened them, mosquitoes would get in. None of the advertised special amenities were delivered either. They said snacks would be provided on the first day, but they weren't. I reminded them again on the second day, but by check-out, they still hadn't arrived, let alone the late-night supper. The room price wasn't cheap, and they even differentiated between rooms with and without breakfast. I can only say the front desk service was decent.
