From the very first moment, the hotel staff made us feel at home. They stand out not only for their kindness but for their genuine dedication to service. They helped us with everything — from learning how to use local apps to order food and rent portable batteries, to contacting the airport to solve an issue with our flight.
Every area of the hotel reflects the same excellence: the laundry service is quick and attentive, and the afternoon coffee was a wonderful surprise, with a professional kitchen team always ready to serve with a smile. They also patiently guided us to find different places and helped us get to know the city better.
The location couldn’t be better — the hotel is surrounded by Chongqing’s main attractions. You can easily walk to the People’s Liberation Monument, Hongya Cave, and many other points of interest.
The facilities are complete, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly makes this place special is its people.
Thank you to the entire team for your dedication, for making every day easier, and for reminding us that excellent service can turn a trip into an unforgettable experience.

Great service — the staff were so helpful and even upgraded one of our rooms for free so all four could be on the same floor. Love the Xiaodu, and especially their pillows — not too soft, very ergonomic and comfy! They also offer free laundry service, which is super convenient.
Only downside is there’s no escalator or lift between the hotel and restaurant, a bit inconvenient for the elderly.
Location is excellent, just a short walk to 解放碑. Overall, highly recommended! 🥰👍

All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful details throughout. The in-room amenities were practical and of great quality — especially the Harman Kardon speaker and Dyson hairdryer, which were amazing to use. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Kudos to the team at ASPERA for their excellence service. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, both within 5mins walking to the famous Jiefangbei and Hongyadong tourist attractions.
