Under the banyan tree, there is a home stay (Guanyinqiao 9th Street store)

The room was really nice and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. The front desk service was also excellent, and it's only a ten-minute walk to Guanyinqiao commercial area. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing.

This hotel is really close to Guanyin Bridge and the lively Jiujie nightlife street. The environment is super comfortable, and the room was quite cozy and spotless. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in Chongqing!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel staff provided excellent service and responded quickly to all our needs. It was a very satisfying stay.

This place is a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The front desk lady was super helpful; she added me on WeChat beforehand and responded very quickly. The room decor was nice, but there was a step right at the entrance of our room. Luckily, the front desk reminded us, otherwise, we really would have tripped! 😰 The slippers provided were awful – they felt like they had thin, hemp soles and kept slipping off. During the May Day holiday, they even prepared a welcome gift, and when we checked out, they gave us a beautiful fan as a souvenir. The owner is really thoughtful! The location is absolutely fantastic; North Cang is right behind the guesthouse, and a 10-minute walk to the right takes you to the Guanyinqiao business district, which is great for shopping! There's a hotpot restaurant on each side of the guesthouse. We tried the one on the right, and the prices were amazing – less than 50 per person! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit 😊

Overall, I'm satisfied. The WeChat contact instead of a fixed phone line is a nice touch. The staff were very responsive and helpful whenever I called. There's a lovely little garden behind the first floor. Plus, they gave us gifts when checking in and checking out, which was a pleasant surprise! 😊

The hotel environment is pretty good, quite nice. The staff were all very helpful and even gave us a free room upgrade.

This special offer room had low ceilings and was really cramped. As soon as I walked in, I could smell damp wood. Sure enough, the bedding felt incredibly damp, and when I pulled it back, it was covered in tiny insects. The hotel amenities were also very sparse, and the bath towels in the room were tattered. It's hard to believe this place charges over 300-400 during holiday seasons. Friends visiting from out of town, choose wisely! However, the place at Jiujie Gaowu is even worse, so if you have no other options, this hotel is still better than the one above Gaowu.

The hotel is right behind the Beicang Cultural and Creative Park, which is great for taking photos and getting some awesome shots. The hotel environment is also very cozy and pleasant. Not bad at all!
