We went to the front desk or called to request a late check-out until 2:00 PM, and the front desk lady promptly agreed to extend the stay for free. We even received a small gift upon departure, a typical local tradition. They always serve guests with a smile. So nice!
The room was a good size and comfortable. The windows can be opened for ventilation, and the soundproofing is excellent at night. The curtains are incredibly light-blocking. Takeout orders are delivered by robot, and the breakfast is quite generous, though I only took one photo.
The security features are also excellent. You can only select the floor by swiping your card, and even if the door is locked, you can't open it with a card. You need to apply some pressure when closing the door, or it'll make a beeping sound to let you know it's not closed tightly. It's a very user-friendly touch. Their TV projection is also very nice.
