We booked a room for 4 days. On the first day, we didn't arrive in time due to the flight issues. The hotel contacted me at night whether we are coming or not. After our arrival around 1:45 a.m., the hotel staff at the front counter request us to register on the next day noon due to the registration processes for the passports and gave us a nice room with a good view on the 16th floor. Unfortunately, the guests (I think a couple) neighbouring to our room were arguing and crying whole deep night. We complained that we cannot sleep well for that night to the hotel staffs on the following day. They even did not respond anything special and asked us if we would like to move to another room. We said yes and then they started to show us available rooms on the 20th floor. In fact, the rooms they showed us to move were more expensive than we actually booked. We chose one room as in the photos and this room was really full of privacy and satisfactory.
In short, I really appreciate the positive attitude by the hotel staffs and their good will for the visitors. Even after checked out, still contacted me for any inconveniences during our stay. I hope everyone had fun there. I recommend this hotel for service, cleaness and location.
P.S. The lift is too crowded in the day time and need to be patient.
