Chongqing Yunmu Lijin High-altitude River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles City Branch)

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and dedicated, assisting me greatly, for which I am very grateful. The location is superb, directly facing Raffles City, and the subway Line 1 is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting anywhere, especially with the hotel's excellent facilities – two thumbs up!

I've stayed in many hotels in Chongqing, and Yunmu is the only one I've been completely satisfied with. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and patient, and their service is top-notch. The environment is also clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff were welcoming, the hotel was clean, and the bedding was excellent and soft. The Wi-Fi was also fast.

Great, so I extended my stay. It's surrounded by large shopping malls, Chaotianmen, and plenty of food options. It's also near a subway station, making it convenient for getting around.

It was pretty good, except the room was prone to flooding and the bed was a bit low with an uncomfortable mattress. The hotel front desk staff helped us deal with the flooding. The location is good, and the kids loved the pool, they even helped fill it up in advance for us. The facilities are average, but the service was excellent!

Finally got to experience their bathtub – the water temperature was just right. It would have been even better if the hot water pressure was stronger, but it didn't affect its use, and the butler filled the tub beforehand. The hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was very comfortable.

The bathtub in the room was huge, and the view was also stunning. The front desk staff proactively asked if I wanted to use the tub when I checked in and even offered to start filling it for me in advance. The nearby restaurants they recommended were excellent too, located in a residential building. The food was incredibly tasty. The room itself was very clean and tidy. They also thoughtfully asked if I needed to store my luggage at checkout. Very friendly service overall.

Overall, it was a great experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, always on hand to help with any issues. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely bring my family back next time to try their river-view twin room.

I usually don't leave reviews, but the front desk service here was absolutely amazing! Super patient, explained all the room details very thoroughly, and even proactively asked if I needed any help after check-in. They also handled things really quickly. The bedding was soft and everything was clean. I'll definitely come back next time!
