MM494364****This stay really exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway entrance, making it super easy to visit attractions or grab local snacks. The room was spotless, and the bedding was as soft as clouds, so I slept wonderfully and even felt my travel fatigue melt away~
I especially want to commend the front desk staff. The guy who checked me in had such a sweet smile, and the room service was incredibly prompt – anything I needed arrived in minutes. I felt so well taken care of throughout my stay. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town. Five-star recommendation!

LLYL-7This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The front desk staff were so welcoming and efficient; they not only processed our check-in quickly but also kindly helped with our luggage, explained the hotel facilities in detail, and even thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a view.
The room itself was impeccable – spotless, with bedding as soft as clouds. Lying down, all my fatigue just melted away. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was well-designed, and the smart toilet and high-end toiletries felt luxurious. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing; we heard absolutely no outside noise at night, allowing us to sleep soundly until we woke up naturally.
The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with both Western and Chinese options. There were local specialty noodles cooked to order, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee, all tasting authentic. The hotel's location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It made getting around so convenient.
From check-in to check-out, every detail showed how much thought went into our experience. The value for money is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Because the price I booked did not include breakfast, they also thoughtfully provided breakfast🥐, which couldn't be more praiseworthy👍!🌟It's just a little far from the city center, about 6 or 7 kilometers from the airport, which is a benefit for drivers!

GGuest UserAs someone who frequently travels for business in Chongqing's main urban area, this is hands down the best Lavande Hotel I've ever stayed at in the city. Here's why:
1. **Exceptional Personal Service:** My stay was incredibly pleasant, primarily due to the fantastic service. The young lady at the front desk was lively, cheerful, and radiated warmth with her enthusiastic smile. A special shout-out to the receptionist on duty on the afternoon of July 30th – she was truly wonderful!
2. **Thoughtful Overall Service:** I only asked for two bottles of water, but they generously provided four. On top of that, they kindly granted me a 40-minute late check-out at no extra charge.
3. **Spacious Room & Great Views:** The room itself was spacious with large windows. The view outside was fantastic and quite scenic, which really lifted my spirits.
4. **No Downsides & Highly Recommended:** Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers looking for a fantastic value-for-money option.

GGuest UserMy stay here was incredibly satisfying. The hotel staff were exceptionally thoughtful, especially the airport shuttle service, which made us feel truly at home. From check-in to departure, every staff member was smiling, warm, and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

MM355404****The decoration of the room is very beautiful and clean when taking pictures. The most important thing is that the beautiful ladies at the front desk were very nice. When we went there, they saw that it was inconvenient for us and helped us mention the room. We live here with a baby and there is a bathtub that can be used, but we are too lazy to use it. Haha, they kept urging us to eat their breakfast the next day. There are some snacks downstairs and next to the subway station. Anyway, it was a good experience~

衞生：挺乾淨的，就是有些潮濕。不過第一次遇見酒店竟然沒有小香皂的，衹有洗手液
環境：旁邊就是重慶理工大學，挺熱鬧的，附近便利店和小吃店都很多，晚上會有夜市小攤
服務：還可以吧。一開始房間沒有一次性拖鞋打電話給前台讓機器人送上來了
