There was very little toilet paper left, and no new rolls were provided. The drinking water (the hotel uses bottled water) wasn't replenished, and other issues like these made the work feel shoddy and unprofessional. For a two-night stay over the National Day holiday, which cost nearly 500 yuan per day, basic service should have been provided.
