The hotel was clean and quiet while the ****** side was bright and lively. We went during the weekday and loved it.

It was an amazing hotel. Hotel had everything we could have wished for and service was impeccable.
The decor was just beautiful. We loved it; we will stay there again when visiting Kansas City.

Very dissatisfied. The 3 nights and 2 days were spent. They never cleaned our room and they didn't change our towels. I had to ask reception for a couple of towels. They charge a resort fee when they don't have a pool, which is the most important thing.

It was hair all over the bed. Thanks to me lifting the blanket up to see hair all under the blanket was nasty

Estuve solo por una noche con mi pareja y la pasamos súper bien,la habitación estaba limpia y lista a la hora de entrada,en la recepción fueron muy amables y disfrutamos de los diversos juegos en el ****** y de una comida muy deliciosa.Sin dudas volvería 👌

I like the property but when we checked in he moved us to a higher floor and stated we would have a great view but it was the backside of the property and we had an issue with the vending machine and no one could help we were fortunate that the vendor was there. But a lot of ppl lost money in the machine there should be better way to compensate if we lose our money
