We come to San Diego once a month and tried most hotel inn's and this is the one i am satisfied with. Host are awesome. Excellent customer service. Very much recommend.

Pointing out a couple of issues. Check in was easy, room was what I was expecting, being I have stayed at Hamptons before. Breakfast on Saturday was ok, not what Ive experienced before at the Hampton's.
Issue 1, When my room was cleaned on Saturday. The towels and wash cloths were taken but not replaced. Not nice when coming in late and wanting to get cleaned up.
Issue #2, Whoever cleaned the room left a trail of sticky stuff on the entrance floor into the room and down the center of the bathroom, we used the hand towels to clean that up.
On Sunday, no cleaners, no towels! I had to go down to the check in to get them. While down in the lobby I needed to use the rest room. The rest room wasn't cleaned; there was no paper in any of the stalls or Seat protectors. It seemed as if the crew takes weekends off ?
After all this and more I would still stay at the Hamptons just not this one!

Great hotel close to my family when I am there, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, anytime I am in Chula Vista this is where I will stay.

Very clean and quiet. All employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with multiple choices. The room was well equipped with multiple plugs for all of our electronics. The TV was intermittent and channel choices were very small. The bed was very hard. The toliet was too low for senior citizens and there were no grab bars to help. The grab bar in shower was unattached at the bottom, otherwise the shower was well equipped.

Floors are paper thin. Wood not concrete. Could here every step made in the above unit…very annoying especially late at night. Tv reception very poor, to much buffering,on all channels

Smooth check it, but one problem, the bathroom door got struck, my wife was unable to get out, she had to call him to unstruck the door.
