It is lucky to have the lakeview double bed room. The view from the window is fantastic, food is superior, the service is good, especially the tour advisor, Candy
had helped us to find the best activities which were suitable for us during our short stay. Thanks all and will be back in future.

This was our second time staying at Hilton Qiandao Lake, and again it was a very pleasant stay. It was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend with good food, a lovely outdoor pool and good fun at the water sports.

The hotel is amazing, multiple choice of pools, the bbq restaurant is very nice.
The mountain and lake view is breathtaking.
Will definetely come back soon

Great location - short scenic drive to train station. Great spot on lake. Also close to some other Chinese restaurants etc if you want to leave the resort. Good service. Clean. Excellent amenities, extensive water activities at reasonable price - even my 2 year old gave several a go. Indoor and outdoor play facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool if you visit during summer. New kids playground being built. Volleyball pitch that doubles up as a sandpit for kids. Childrens scheduled activities everyday of the week. Little train or bikes available to go around resort. Beautiful grounds. Well placed loungers. Lots of outdoor seating at restaurants. Cheap Qiandao beer. Little hike up mountain available. Live music in evening. Not very expensive, but not very good dinner buffet. I would mark them down for the room. The room was fairly expensive for the lake view but actually it was right by a main road and all we could hear was traffic and road works when we sat out there to enjoy the view - not AT ALL what we had pictured. If you are placed in middle of hotel it would be fine, but we were very disappointed by this. We had to keep the door closed.

Lovely hotel! I regret not getting the lake view and I was sad to see the outdoor pool was not available. Otherwise amazing and I will be back!!

The room was great as was the view. The facilities that were open were clean and lovely. The pool was great and most of the staff were friendly. The boat trip from the hotel was nice, great boat, very comfortable (no toilet though so be prepared).FRONT DESK STAFF gavin SERVICE IS GREAT AND NICE.
