攜程的第一個差評
三點半到店需要等十幾分鍾。
800房晚的價格沒有保證基本的衞生質量，晚上回來洗完澡發現少了個浴巾，唯一的那個浴巾也明顯很久沒更換很硬，浴缸如圖也是完全不敢用，一摸床才理解，為什麼白天看酒店時候，這麼多人曬被子，被子實在是太潮了。
躺在床上，不知道是枕頭還是床頭那個地方，有一股老年人的腳臭味😃晚上睡得很不舒服
優點是房間面積比較大，視野我的1號樓位置也是兩邊都有遮擋，日出日落都看不到
建議希望期望改善型入住體驗的可以另尋他處

我們是凌晨5點到的，前台服務人員也很熱心，還幫忙安排了房型升級，免去了我們凌晨到還要奔波換樓層的煩惱。
衞生：雖然房間是老式裝修，但是打掃的很乾凈衞生。
服務：我們住了3天，每天都有阿姨過來打掃衞生
出行：很方便邊上就是湖，看湖景很棒
房型：房間很大，活動空間很大，陽台很舒服
設施：樓下就是泳池，可以直接下樓就游泳，晚上很晚結束

這個酒店週末價格有點離譜，1號樓高樓層前台告知我1980哈，攜程上1100左右。酒店位置不錯，就是比較陳舊，洗手枱打擾不乾淨有頭髮絲，洗手液擠不出來。寵物友好，環保，香皂不提供。。游泳池水不是很乾凈。以及，不太支持延遲退房～

環境：定的落地窗湖景雙床間，安排在3號樓，本以為價格便宜可能位置會不太好，結果一進房間就整個陽台的超絕湖景！
7樓觀景位置特別好，一整個視野開闊，還能看到游泳池。早上一拉開窗簾，就看見遠山疊翠、碧波蕩漾和湖面上三三兩兩的皮划艇，十分愜意！
服務：要是能入住前就知道被安排在幾號樓就好啦。我們一開始大包小包去1號樓辦入住，結果告知我們在3號樓，於是我們又大包小包趕去3號樓，還好地下停車場是相通的，趕過去比較方便。
早餐服務可以，有寶寶椅，我們忘帶圍兜，服務員會主動送上一次性圍兜。

綠城度假酒店的服務，藏在那些不經意的細節裏。
短駁車上，剛送完游泳歸來帶着水汽的客人，下一位乘客上車前，服務員已蹲身擦凈了座位上的水漬；打掃房間的阿姨總笑意盈盈，敲門時輕聲道句“您好”，進門先問“現在方便嗎”，臨走時那句“有需要再叫我呀”，温温柔柔的。

房間很寬敞，很乾凈，贈送的歡迎水果也很好吃，視野無敵棒，酒店非常貼心升級了湖景房，房間裏面有個大陽台，躺着就能欣賞到千島湖超級無敵一線湖景。
第二天去悦湖餐廳吃早餐，酒店的麪很好吃，水果也很新鮮，一邊欣賞湖景一邊品嚐美食，爽哉爽哉。酒店的服務質量也很高，井井有條，非常成熟。
可惜這次是來出差，下次如果度假的話來酒店躺一天也會很舒服。

房間是套房，二室一廳，可能因為靠湖邊和泳池的原因，剛進去有異味，床品也略顯潮濕，跟前台講後喊來保潔更換了被套，然後拿去大露台曬了半天好多了，服務沒得説，環境也是一流，早餐種類豐富，可以坐湖邊吃早餐和下午茶
房間在二樓美中不足，所以價格相對實惠點，下次要住高點可以看看湖景，大露台太讚了，應該還會再來
