Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the nights were wonderfully quiet. The pillows and bed were also superb, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep. Our dedicated concierge, Iris, provided exceptional service. She even delivered peanuts and a small teddy bear to our room in the evening, which we absolutely loved.

No lake view here as the hotel isn't lakeside. We also unfortunately missed out on the water park on our last day. We were initially informed it closed at 8:30 PM, but staff later told us it would actually close around 7 PM on the final day, which was quite confusing and disappointing. I think this is the worst Sheraton we ever stayed in, they don't open kids play area until 12:30 pm, no indoor area for kids to play. Breakfast area is very small and in the morning it was so crowded, cant get table for half an hour and when we got the table at 930, by 10 they close everything, No food. Location is also very poor there is nothing nearby, we thought there will be lake view restaurants but no good restaurants nearby. Only thing about this hotel is they have water park, that too they don't open until 1230 pm. Value for money is very low for this hotel. Very disappointed over all.
