The staff was so kind and accommodating from the moment we walked in. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had all the extras plus some. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring pools. Due to the timing of our trip, nothing was over crowded (pools, lobby, breakfast area) In summary, we look forward to many more stays, especially during the off season.

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm!
The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

Although the Thousand Island Lake Ben Sheraton is a little far from the scenic spot, the car is still very convenient.

Everything is so good. Especially the butler service provided by hotel and served by Sun. Service is superb. Went extra miles to complete requests... Recommended for family travel.

The water park was great, but the lack of restaurants and amenities (the spa and gym etc were all closed) was not great. But the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotels great, access to Waterpark is a plus... And the reception staff were very friendly and assisted with absolutely everything we needed... Nori Wang the guy at the front arranged personal activities beyond his duty... Very pleased with our stay

We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!
