住了三天兩晚的千島湖安嵐，徹底被這裏寵壞了！從抵達時的歡迎特飲到離開時的不捨，每個細節都讓人心動，必須認真誇一誇～

實名點贊管家David！從入住前就主動聯繫，瞭解我們的行程和偏好。到達時已經接近11點了，全程笑容滿分！還給我們發了很多遊玩指南，幫忙預約了酒店旅拍，這種超越期待的細心，真的讓人感覺像被朋友照顧着一樣温暖。
🌿 環境-住進山水畫裏
酒店佔據一整座半島，私密性極好。每間房都是獨棟villa，帶超大露台，睜眼就是湖光山色。最喜歡早上在陽台深呼吸，滿眼綠意和湖水氣息，瞬間治癒！喜歡拍照的姐妹一定別錯過臨湖無邊泳池，隨便拍都是大片。
🍹 特飲-驚喜味蕾體驗
晚上可以去星空影院喝酒，贈送的特飲真材實料，一點都不是敷衍的小甜酒，歡迎水果也是按照季節來，忍不住問了購買渠道，離開酒店時在路邊買了很多～
🚐 接駁車-唯一可優化的細節
酒店太大，去哪都需要接駁車。白天高峯期（特別是10點-11點/17點-18點）偶爾要等5-8分鐘，但完全能理解——畢竟依山而建。建議姐妹們錯峯出行，或者像我們一樣，等車時順便在大堂吧枱拍拍照，時間很快就過去啦～
離開時David還專門駕駛接駁車來送我們，這種把客人放在心上對待的感覺，才是真正奢侈的度假體驗。已經推薦給閨蜜，下次來千島湖絕對二刷！

入住酒店2晚，感受頗深，安嵐的湖景跟一線湖景比有差距，園景也並不出色，因為對安嵐的期待高，剛入住時還有點失望。但2晚下來，我改觀了，安嵐不衹是賞湖景，安嵐是引領你去體會另一種生活方式。入住安嵐，晚上可以在望湖美食廊的家庭影院邊啜飲雞尾酒（首杯贈送）邊觀影，這裏還有書吧，也可去恆温泳池暢遊，白天還有豐富的活動，可以根據自己的喜好提前預約，騎行，垂釣、皮划艇、瑜伽等等，我還把釣的柳條魚付費讓餐廳加工成椒鹽油炸小魚，很是有趣。在這裏，你衹覺得時間不夠用，過得很充實。在這裏不衹是讓你靜靜地欣賞湖景，而且讓你體會生活的多樣性。更讓我讚賞得是安嵐的服務，無論是客房部小周，還是餐廳的小花，服務都貼心、暖心，尤其讓我感動的是前廳經理小伊，入住前主動聯繫我，發了入住小貼士及一些注意事項，還把騎行比賽時間及時通知我，讓我避免了買錯車票。我碰到的一些問題，他都能協調解決。他的工作能力和職業素養讓我深切地感受到安嵐服務的上乘和貼心。在此深表感謝！

入住安嵐體驗感超出預期，兩間一居給合併升級到雙卧別墅，二樓客廳湖光山色很是驚艷，一家人圍坐在圓桌就有了家的感覺，一樓兩間卧室床品舒適，拖鞋和嬌蘭備品都好用，迷你吧飲品、膠囊咖啡、歡迎水果、甜點和果切，家人都很喜歡。酒店活動豐富有趣，每天都能安排滿滿，酒店很大，到哪都可以叫電瓶車接送，服務人員都很nice，見到我們有長者，主動給淋浴間加了洗澡用的小椅子。雖然早餐種類並不多，但水果，蔬菜，鮮榨果蔬汁品質好，屬於健康飲食。要特別感謝管家Molly，提前發送酒店訊息，雖然入住有零食罐蓋發黴，浴缸塞漏水問題，都能很快解決，回程時貼心準備了點心和水，讓我們真切感受到安嵐的用心服務，期待下次再見！

這次安嵐體驗沒有讓我失望，四人住了雙卧別墅，兩間房各有千秋，雙床房景觀玻璃超大，大床房可以泡澡看景。二樓的大客廳湖景更棒。天太熱所以沒有在露台活動，不然很適合吃燒烤。
談談幾個方面，衞生：基本上滿意，沒有灰塵和毛髮，唯一是不常用的屋頂角落偶爾有網，不大影響。
餐飲：晚餐單點和早餐自助口味都在線，尤其魚湯沒有加科技，很自然的鮮美味。酒店的水果尤其好吃。
硬件：有些年頭了，但是保養的還算好，酒店區域的植物長得有些亂，各個區域離得遠但接駁車很快就來，床品軟硬合適，兩套睡袍考慮周到，小梳子好用，備品是嬌蘭的，拖鞋等等小件都品質在線。
服務：入住前兩天有電話聯繫問需求，check in時候説活動預約滿了給人感覺不好，要在前期電話溝通時候就詢問是否預約活動。生日蛋糕口味不錯是六寸的，搭配餐具和小餅乾。歡迎水果是橘子和小甜點。基本上入住期間有求必應，電視是老款不能投屏，工程部送了投屏器來，但夜床幾乎沒有什麼服務，就是拉窗簾和鋪防滑墊，也沒有床頭水掀被角點香薰等，這方面服務不如悦榕莊安達仕之類。入住時候的香薰蠟燭點完後但精油還有，建議多備幾個小蠟燭。
總的來説這次入住體驗感還算不錯，讓人感覺會再來的！

千島湖安嵐的服務，用一句話概括：把“浙西山水的靈”與“安縵式的細膩”做成了同義詞。從抵達到離開，幾乎每一個環節都在用“超預期”寫註解——
訂房後即收到專屬管家David的微信，行程、天氣、餐飲需求一次性問清；電瓶車送到別墅門口，平時管家真的很厲害能做到有求必應，送被子叫車代買泡澡袋一應俱全；早餐現點班尼迪克蛋、手沖拿鐵都很棒，吃完起身已經有服務人員迎上來問要不要叫車送，退房時候連離店零食都按“路上餓了”裝好。
一句話，千島湖安嵐把“服務”寫成了“隱形超能力”：你需要時，它秒現；你未想時，它已妥帖。住完衹想感歎——原來“被照顧”可以這麼安靜又隆重。

環境很好，但位置離一般景點太遠了，從高鐵站過去60公里，適合全程泡酒店。
