The experience of staying at Qiandao Lake Sheraton completely refreshed my expectations for resort hotels! The room is very large, with a warm and modern layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. In the morning, I make a cup of coffee by the window and watch the mist on the lake, as if I were in an ink painting. Such a view is definitely worth the room price! Breakfast is definitely a surprise-from Chinese freshly made dim sum, black rice balls, to Western exquisite dessert tables, there are many choices to start the day in a good mood! I also want to praise the caring housekeeper Cora Pan. From the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the warm greetings every day, the service is meticulous and makes people feel warm like a friend! The high-speed rail station shuttle service provided by the hotel is also a super plus! It saves the trouble of dragging luggage around. The overall experience is impeccable. It is definitely a highlight memory of the trip to Qiandao Lake. I strongly recommend it to all relatives who pursue quality and service.

I brought my parents to Qiandao Lake Qi Yue Resort on April 7. The courtyard here is deep and secluded, the scenery is beautiful and unique, the lake water is crystal clear, and the air is fresh. It can be said to be a natural oxygen bar. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the ”housekeeper Xiao Fang” welcomed us warmly and provided us with detailed help and introductions to the surrounding attractions. I would like to give special praise to ”housekeeper Xiao Fang”. We were generally satisfied with our stay at Qiandao LakeQiyue Resort, especially the all-inclusive model here. We will definitely come back next time we are on vacation. 

The hotel is generally attracting families. The facilities are good, but don't quite reach premium level. Something that bothered me a lot was the fact, that we booked rooms with lake view. However our rooms were on the opposite site of the lake and we could see only a tiny fragment of it and not actually the real view over the lake. Under that definition, every room could count as lake view, but that isn't quite the understanding I have of it.

The following points are worth praising: The lobby manager Xiutian was very enthusiastic and sent welcome fruit drinks; It is great to have a laundry room. I feel that having a laundry room has become a necessary condition for me to book a hotel in the future; The breakfast is also good, quite rich. The children ate tea eggs, bread, white porridge and juice; The children's playground is also good. The children played in it for a long time. It is a must-choose parent-child hotel for lying-flat travel with children; I didn't experience the swimming pool because the weather was a little cold; A small episode, there is a happy dog ​​downstairs in the hotel. It doesn't have any class flavor. I envy it instantly when I see it. Why can't I be happy like him by playing with a branch? In four days, two nights in Hangzhou and two nights in Qiandao Lake, I changed four hotels. I was more satisfied with Intercity and Novotel. The other two are ** what the hell, Huazhu is still quite reliable!

We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

The family traveled and the overall experience was very good. 1⃣️The hotel service was very enthusiastic. They always smiled when they met. I forgot to bring the child's toothbrush and asked the front desk. The sister at the front desk quickly helped us find it and gave us two children's toiletries. A fresh fruit was delivered every day for two days of stay. 2⃣️The address is quiet, very suitable for people who want to relax and rest. We drove by ourselves and arrived not long after getting off the highway. It is indeed by the lake. Even if the room is not by the lake, there are many public areas where you can quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. I recommend the fifth floor, and there is also an area outside the swimming pool on the first floor, with a particularly good view.

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

Resort hotels are basically one hotel per island, so the environment is particularly good. This time I bought the pre-sale voucher for the garden-style villa first, and added 1,200 during the May Day holiday. Overall, it is more cost-effective than booking alone. The service is good, and there are shuttle buses for transportation. The private butler Xiao Chen is also very good. He asked if we wanted to order a buffet and a cruise, and basically responded to all requests. It may be because of the villa, the water smells a bit, but everything else is good. Special mention of facilities similar to Washlet, which is very good for the one at home.
