首先環境好，蘇寧廣場商圈內，房間都很寬綽，衞生，乾淨，熱水很沖，前台帥哥，美女都很熱情，帥哥幫我們介紹了很多滁洲景點和美食，態度和藹，服條周到，還提酲我們天氣，交通惜況，很貼心，很貼心！是服務感受超好的一次！
賓館離琅琊山車程5分鐘，2公里多，離吳擏梓故居交通便利

房間還是可以夠大，整體衞生也還不錯，中規中矩，就是入住的時候，感覺前台稍微漂亮點的態度很一般，説去B棟，話都沒説清楚，眼皮都感覺不抬一下。就説到對面，雨又大也不問下客人有傘沒。其實還是有百來米距離。第二天退房時有個前台還是不錯的，早餐阿姨也還不錯。整體評價很一般，加強前台培訓

最近幾年第一次住到令人如此糟心的酒店體驗。
1.酒店的停車場與蘇寧商場共用地下停車場，本身蘇寧地下停車場就很亂，車位也很擁擠，作為一個住客下去之後找了半天才能找到停車位，然後拎着大包小包橫穿雜亂，像迷宮一般的停車場才能上到酒店，平常出門吃飯逛街，忍受這些也就得了，住酒店也要忍受這一些，我真的不能忍。一個價位不算低的酒店，居然連屬於酒店的獨立停車位都沒有。
2.前台服務人員少，且態度消極，有的時候都不正眼看你一眼，退房的時候頭都沒有抬過。
3.300多元的價位，前台預訂四五百元，但是整個住宿的環境。從走道牆根處到處都是發黴，掉皮的牆皮，卧室內到處都是斑駁的水跡，發黴的瓷磚縫。整個環境有一種既精緻又粗糙的感覺。精緻的地方是房間很大，使用的材料也還算可以，還有一些軟裝的裝飾，比一般的快捷酒店要上心，但是衞生又很差，感覺剛開業的時候定位比較高級，但是多年又缺少維護。
下次再來滁州，我死都不會選擇這一家，我寧可多加50元去住城南的星際酒店。

房間挺大的 地理位置很方便 出門就是各種吃的和商場 性價比很高 隔音稍稍有點弱但是不影響睡覺 總體來説是超出預期 客服也有耐心 不錯的消費體驗！

其他都不錯，位置方便，餐廳和前台的服務員都很熱情。房間裏的地彈簧要稍微調整一下，速度有點快，開關門會有砸門聲。
