Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Kaidi

The room was spacious with an excellent view. The lobby was luxurious, and there's a gym and pool on the third floor. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It's also not far from Langya Mountain, just a taxi ride of about ten yuan.

The location is great, facilities meet the standards, and it offers good value for money. Overall, I recommend it in Chuzhou. The hotel restaurant is popular with locals and has many large tables, but it's not very friendly for tourists, especially those traveling alone or in pairs. A subtle hint was given that if you want to eat, you'll have to wait over 40 minutes after ordering. Well, I accepted the suggestion and went elsewhere. This is definitely the first time I've encountered such a situation in a hotel of this star rating. Other than that, everything else was fine.

1. Spider webs on the water cabinet. 2. Behind the fish tank, under the stool, and on the air conditioner outlet are all visibly dirty. 3. The door next to the bathtub is broken. 4. The dripping sound of the air conditioner is too loud. 5. The middle of the bed is collapsed. 6. The curtains need to be pulled hard to move. 7. The hand towel is wet. I didn't notice it last time I stayed there, because I went back to stay late at night and left early the next morning. I stayed in the hotel for a longer time this time and saw too many problems. If there was no room card 1807 in the room, I would have to go to the front desk to get a new one. Why would there be this room card? @Ctrip How did this hotel get such a high score? By the way, the manager who mentioned the spider webs said that he would upgrade my room type for free. I was confused.
