這家酒店非常好，首先對於過路下高速還是專門來磁縣玩的，高速下來很方便，酒店門口有停車位，後面小區也可以停車。
酒店到中國磁州窯博物館步行5分鐘的距離，周邊吃飯方便，開車去北朝考古博物館衹需要十來分鐘，這兩個博物館值得打卡。
酒店衞生做得很好，床品質量好，特別是毛巾質量好，吸水性好，雪白無異味，跟好的快捷酒店，星級酒店一個品質。床的軟硬度合適，保證睡眠質量。
酒店房間面積夠用，熱水壺，茶包，吹風機，紙巾都配齊了，質量都很不錯。衞生間乾濕分離很徹底，有品質過硬的洗髮水沐浴露。房型有兩房小套間，適合現在倆娃家庭出門。
前台服務好，我們需要多兩條浴巾，馬上給送。帶了吃的，前台安排給加熱。酒店配備了專門洗衣房，這對過路客太友好了，很方便。

第一次遇到服務這麼差的服務員，當天中午辦理入住的服務員語氣特別不耐煩，諮詢她問題回答的特別敷衍，眼睛漂來漂去，期間有人退房，她還不斷的撇嘴。看她的態度真的特別窩火。這是其他酒店派來搞黃生意的嗎？
第二天退房的服務員就禮貌又得體。
房間温度很舒服，跟地暖沒差別，除了服務員態度差，入住體驗還是不錯的。

酒店停車方便，前台小慧服務很好，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房問隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，熱情效率高 主要是房價實惠，停車免費，停車場很大 住的很滿意!

以前回來都是住的漢庭，這次搜了一下，和漢庭房費一樣，想着換一個酒店試試，看着圖片很不錯，結果入坑了，房間很緊湊，衞生條件差，刷牙的時候發現牙刷衹放了一個，給前台打電話，前台説讓自己下去拿？？？？**，第一次見這樣的酒店，跟漢庭真不是一個檔次！避雷避雷

暑期帶孩子來方特遊玩兒，找了一家離方特比較近點兒的這家酒店，開車十幾分鍾就到，酒店前台的小姑娘服務很好，房間衞生乾淨整齊，很愉快的一次出行！

房間很寬敞乾淨，服務人員非常熱情.酒店設施齊全也很安靜.非常適合親子出遊.旁邊就是飯店和超市.距離方特開車15-20分鐘的路程.總是非常不錯下次還會再來贊贊贊.

大廳 桌上的煙灰缸 都是垃圾 如果方便 這是門面 櫃檯人員應該隨時清潔 不忙的時候走出來倒一下 不需要等到打掃衛生的人一天整理一次
