No hot water? Front desk said maintainance. House keeping said too much usage??? In cold weather place and no hot water for shower?? Balcony lamp also off. No very satisfying for the price you pay. The very basic thing like hot water doesn't have.

First time, we visited this hotel to enjoy the good weather in Puncak. For overall it is a convenient hotel with a good breakfast & nice hospitality. However, wifi is terrible due to limited signal. For elderly & baby stroller also not convenient as lots of stairs. It is quite large hotel with different parts of buildings. If we booked for high value price then it got easy access to pool and also rooms. Others, we need to walk and exercise with stairs.

We came here around 4 times and always had nice experience. Mr Heri the manager was very very nice person. All the staff are incredible bice and helpful. We tried the pool suite and grand pool suite. We loved it very much. The priavte pool was heated, which was very nice for puncak area.
