Exelente servicio, solo le falta señalizacion despues de la caseta de acceso para saber por donde llegar al loby, hay muchos caminos antes de llegar a la recepcion de el hotel, pero todo exelente

The staff were very professional. Our morning breakfast in the hotel was on a beautiful buffet with fresh fruits and eggs to order. The days we ordered from menu were equally lovely. Service staff while dining were just wonderful. Thank you! We will return’

Friendly Sergio bartender was great! Rooms were very clean. Property was beautiful, quiet & relaxing! Gustof was a great waiter! Lunch service could have been improved. But, overall, this is an amazing resort! I’ve been to many resorts, I highly recommend this one.

The entire staff was oustanding. Javier, Gustavo, Ramon, just to name a few, were friendly and made the trip memorable. Please thank the staff for being more than staff, but good people who made a beautiful place even more enjoyable. I would advise management being a bit more clear when groups are planning a dinner. Our party was told that we had reservations at Antonio's, only to learn 5 minutes prior that the resturant was closed. A bit of a disappointment.

It is the best hotel in barra de Navidad. The pool was the best part my kids enjoyed the slides. Water was clean and warm. The room was always cleaned. I reserved 3 rooms and they were not together at all. They were 5 minutes apart of each other. It was hard to be with my family. They wouldn’t change my rooms or make any accommodations. Hallways had spiderwebs and roaches. It was an average hotel

Old and weathered property, very dirty and unkempt as compared to previous stays, all hardware, elevators, electronics, restaurants and pools need a thorough remodel/refurbishing. Lots of flies around food and cloudy and smelly pool water.
