Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/Midtown

Lorraine with food beverage was amazing! She took care of us both mornings at breakfast. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit cold. It was very convenient to children’s hospital for appointments.

I have stayed 3 times in this hotel. The first 2 I stayed only 2 nights. This time, I stayed 5, and I had a regular experience. The front desk staff acts as if they are making you a favor, the only truly helpful and proactive staff was at the restaurant. The fridge in the room had opened soda bottles inside (I have the pictures to prove it), which indicates poor cleaning before my check in. In general, it wasn’t the best experience, if you’re considering a long stay, better go to a different hotel. This is a 1-2 nights hotel.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The room was clean and modern, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was close to everything I needed.

Had an actually useable gym! Had everything I needed and machines that worked! Staff was very friendly too!

Julia at check-in was wonderful. I do not like the policy of housekeeping every other day. I want fresh towels and my bed made every day.

I only stay at Hilton hotels, everything was very nice as usual.

The ordered breakfast was just OK. Fruit options were sparse and the fresh fruit was the same cut cantelope for 3 days and tasted and likely was spoiled. Also, my car window was smashed and broken into while parked in the parking garage, which I was told to park in due to now surface spots in front of the hotel were available. It's 4 days later and I still don't have the police report, despite asking for it 3 times, and gave my email address. I will need it to file a report with my insurance because the cost of the repair is more than my deductible. The manager was nice, but I still don't have the police report. The staff were nice and sympathetic to what happened, and appreciated the discount for my inconvenience, but no follow through.
